近年来，微生物系统分类学研究迅猛发展，许多微生物的分类学地位发生变化和迁移，每年也会出现大量新的菌种分类单元。CICC在1999年版《细菌名称英解汉译词典》与2011年版《细菌名称双解及分类词典》的基础上，收集自2010年3月之后合格发表的细菌与真菌名称，参照以往的汉译规范确定中文名称，以《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》形式陆续发表，以方便广大微生物研究与应用工作者使用规范的微生物汉语名称。

本期为《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》第15期[1]，已于2025年12月在EI期刊《食品与发酵工业》发表。

Etymology: ho.hen.heim.en’sis. N.L. masc. adj. hohenheimensis, pertaining to Hohenheim, Germany, the place of isolation. 霍恩海姆联合乳杆菌

2) Lapidilactobacillus salsurivasis (Wang et al. Curr Microbiol. 2024, 81:351; Type strain: 475-2T=CCTCC AB 2023258T=JCM 36613T=LMG 33412T) 

Etymology: sal.su.ri.va’sis. L. fem. n. salsura, pickle; L. neut. n. vas, a container; N.L. gen. neut. n. salsurivasis, of a pickle container. 泡菜坛石窖壁乳杆菌

3) Limosilactobacillus avium (Rios-Galicia et al. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6210; Type strain: BIEM52T=DSM 113849T=LMG 32671T) 

Etymology: a’vi.um. L. gen. fem. pl. n. avium, of birds. 鸟粘液乳杆菌

4) Limosilactobacillus difficilis (Rios-Galicia et al. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6210; Type strain: BHUE2T=DSM 114195T=LMG 32875T) 

Etymology: dif.fi’ci.lis. L. masc. adj. difficilis, difficult. 难养粘液乳杆菌

5) Limosilactobacillus galli (Rios-Galicia et al. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6210; Type strain: BC6G17T=DSM 113833T=LMG 32623T) 

Etymology: gal’li. L. gen. masc. n. galli, of a chicken. 鸡粘液乳杆菌

6)Limosilactobacillus pulli (Rios-Galicia et al. IJSEM.  2024, 74:6210; Type strain: BIEP23/BCEP10T=DSM 115077T=LMG 32877T) 

Etymology: pul’li. L. gen. masc./neut. n. pulli, of a chicken. 小鸡粘液乳杆菌

7)Limosilactobacillus viscerum (Rios-Galicia et al. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6210; Type strain: CIEM62T=DSM 113835T=LMG 32625T) 

Etymology: vis’ce.rum. L. gen. neut. pl. n. viscerum, from the internal organs. 内脏粘液乳杆菌

8)Levilactobacillus lettrarii (Pham and Gänzle. IJSEM. 2025, 75:6726; Type strain: FUA 3695T=DSM 118651T=LMG 33759T) 

Etymology: let’tra.ri.i. N.L. gen. masc. n. lettrarii, named after Silvio Lettrari, who maintains the sourdough from which the bacteria were isolated from. 莱特拉里氏促生乳杆菌

9)Levilactobacillus tujiorum (Gu. Syst Appl Microbiol. 2024, 47:126558; Type strain: HBUAS51241T=GDMCC 1.3022T=JCM 35210T)

Etymology: tu.ji.o’rum. N.L. gen. neut. pl. n. tujiorum, of the Tujia people, who made zha-chili containing the type strain. 土家族促生乳杆菌

真菌

1)Penicillium psychrofluorescens (Furnell A, Benaud N, et al. Mycology. 2025,16(3):1315-1338; Type strain: DAR 85537T =KMR99T)

Etymology: N.L. pref. psychro-, from Gr. adj. psykros-a -on, cold; N.L. part. adj. fluorescens, fluorescing. Inrelation to the organism’s preference for cold (psychrotroph) and the intense fluorescence of the holotype when examined under the microscope. 嗜冷荧光青霉

2)Trichoderma achlamydosporum (Zheng H, et al. J Fungi (Basel). 2021,7(6):467; Type strain: CCTCCAF 2021065T=YMF 1.06226T)

Etymology: Latin, a-, meaning without, not, -chlamydosporum, referred to the chlamydospore. 无厚垣孢子木霉
