近年来，微生物系统分类学研究迅猛发展，许多微生物的分类学地位发生变化和迁移，每年也会出现大量新的菌种分类单元。CICC在1999年版《细菌名称英解汉译词典》与2011年版《细菌名称双解及分类词典》的基础上，收集自2010年3月之后合格发表的细菌与真菌名称，参照以往的汉译规范确定中文名称，以《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》形式陆续发表，以方便广大微生物研究与应用工作者使用规范的微生物汉语名称。

本期为《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》第14期[1]，已于2025年9月在EI期刊《食品与发酵工业》发表。

细菌

1) Bifidobacterium longum subsp. iuvenis(Modesto et al. IJSEM. 2023, 73:6013; Type strain: NCC 5000T=CCOS 2034T=LMG 32752T) 

Etymology: iu’ve.nis. L. gen. masc./fem. n. iuvenis, of child, because the type strain was isolated from a 2 year old Bangladeshi child. 长双歧杆菌幼儿亚种

2) Lactobacillus juensis (Jiang and Gu. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6285; Type strain: F690T=CCTCC AB 2023131T=JCM 36259T) 

Etymology: ju.en’sis. N.L. masc. adj. juensis, pertaining to Ju County, a county located in Shandong province, PR China, where the host of the bacterium was collected. 莒县乳杆菌

3) Lactobacillus rizhaonensis (Jiang and Gu. IJSEM. 2024, 74:6285; Type strain: F790T=CCTCC AB 2023132T=JCM 36260T)

Etymology:ri.zhao.nen’sis. N.L. masc. adj. rizhaonensis, pertaining to Rizhao City, a city located in Shandong province, PR China, where the host of the bacterium was collected. 日照乳杆菌

4) Lactobacillus xylocopicola (Kawasaki et al. Microbiol Spectr. 2023, 11:e0078223; Type strain: Kim32-2T=DSM 108865T=JCM 35343T) 

Etymology: xy.lo.co.pi’co.la. N.L. fem. n. Xylocopa, generic name of a bee; L. masc./fem. n. suff. -cola, inhabitant, dweller; from L. masc./fem. n. incola, dweller; N.L. masc./fem. n. xylocopicola, a dweller of Xylocopa bees. 栖蜜蜂乳杆菌

5) Lactobacillus isalae (Eilers et al. IJSEM. 2023, 73:6038; Type strain: AMBV1719T=CECT 30756T=LMG 32886T) 

Etymology: i’sa.lae. N.L. gen. fem. n. isalae, named after our Belgian citizen science project, Isala, which was named after Isala van Diest, the first female Belgian physician. 伊萨拉乳杆菌

6)Levilactobacillus lettrarii (Pham and Gänzle. IJSEM. 2025, 75:6726; Type strain: FUA 3695T=DSM 118651T=LMG 33759T) 

Etymology: let’tra.ri.i. N.L. gen. masc. n. lettrarii, named after Silvio Lettrari, who maintains the sourdough from which the bacteria were isolated from. 莱特拉里氏发酵剂乳杆菌

7)Levilactobacillus tujiorum (Gu. Syst Appl Microbiol. 2024, 47:126558; Type strain: HBUAS51241T=GDMCC 1.3022T=JCM 35210T)

Etymology: tu.ji.o’rum. N.L. gen. neut. pl. n. tujiorum, of the Tujia people, who made zha-chili containing the type strain. 土家族发酵剂乳杆菌

8)Fructilactobacillus frigidiflavus (Pham and Gänzle. IJSEM. 2025, 75:6726; Type strain: FUA 3913T=DSM 118650T=LMG 33758T)

Etymology: fri.gid.i.fla’vus. L. masc. adj. frigidus, cold; L. masc. adj. flavus, yellow; N.L. masc. adj. frigidiflavus, yellow in the cold. 冷黄嗜水果乳杆菌

真菌

1)Rhodotorula pini (Carolina H et al. IJSEM. 2011, 61:2323; Type strain: CBS 10735T =NRRL Y-48410T)

Etymology: pini. N.L. gen. n. pini of Pinus, referring to the association of this yeast with trees of the genus Pinus. 松红酵母

2) Rhodotorula bloemfonteinensis (Carolina H et al. IJSEM. 2011, 61:2325; Type strain CBS 8598T =NRRL Y-48407T)

Etymology: bloem.fon.tei.nen'sis. N.L. fem. adj. bloemfonteinensis referring to Bloemfontein, South Africa, where the type strain was isolated. 布隆方丹红酵母
